Job Title: Property Management Assistant
Location: In office, 135 S Main St Suite 100 Logan, UT 84321
Hours: 4-5 days a week, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Pay negotiable based on experience and performance.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Management Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the property management industry, or if you are already in it and enjoy it! While a real estate license is not required, it is preferred. We strongly encourage the assistant to obtain their real estate license, and we are happy to reimburse the cost of the course upon completion.
In this role, you will provide essential support to our property management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing excellent customer service to both tenants and property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of all properties. Calls, emails, office tasks, and conversating with both prospective and current, tenants and owners.
- Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance issues, payment inquiries, and other concerns.
- Help with lease preparation, renewals, and general administrative tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate property showings, inspections, and renewals.
- Handle basic tenant requests and provide follow-up on resolutions.
- Maintain property files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
- Process rental payments and track tenant ledgers.
- Help manage social media platforms or websites to market properties, including online listings and advertisements
- Coordinate and communicate with property owners as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous administrative or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real estate license (not required but preferred)
- Experience in property management or real estate (a plus)

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
