The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for going above and beyond to accommodate our residents. This person will have excellent sales and communication skills and demonstrate first-class service to our residents and staff. Our Assistant Property Manager will support the community in many ways. Our preferred candidate will also support management of team, and most importantly, promoting an A-Class Apartment Resort for our highly regarded residents.
The Apartment Resort is currently under occupied renovation, improving to A Class status. We expect high standards from our employees, always looking for ways to solicit community image, quality of service, and provide a first-class apartment resort.
This apartment resort is like no other.
The Assistant Property Manager shall have proven knowledge in accounts payable and accounts receivable, along with ability to manage, multitask and work under timelines.
Responsibilities and Characteristics Include:
- Assist with management of operations including resident relations and maintenance organization.
- Inspect apartments and exterior grounds.
- Ensure all required reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identify deficiencies and implement corrective action plans with a balance of fiscal responsibility and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for risk management, safety standards and employee and resident liability.
- Maintain professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards at the community, complying with company’s policies and procedures.
- Fulfill mandatory training requirements applicable for department and job duties as appropriate.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by supervisor or Management.
- Comprehensive understanding of regional laws pertaining to all aspects of property management
