What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Division Manager position at Property Medic?
The Assistant Division Manager position is a support role in Property Medics mitigation and reconstruction department and reports to the project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate supporting documentation to be submitted to insurance companies of behalf of the home owners we serve.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure projects are completed to company standards efficiently.
- Utilize Service Titan, Google Suite, and Encircle for data entry, project cost tracking, and various other tasks critical to daily operations.
- Work closely with the project manager to facilitate inter-departmental project hand offs to ensure a smooth transition for the homeowner and minimize scheduling gaps.
- Maintain and coordinate technician licensing and certification renewals.
- Keep on task with or without direct supervision
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and customers
- Billing and detailed invoicing
- Accounts receivable
Requirements:
- Experience in team leadership and/or management
- Attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with Google Suite
- Ability to successfully complete on-boarding to include pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
Schedule:
- 8am to 5pm
- Rotating weekends. Week one Mon - Thur. Week two Mon - Sat. Repeat.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
