ABOUT THE ROLE
Division-D is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to key company executives. The role includes managing administrative tasks like drafting emails, preparing communications, and summarizing meeting items. The Executive Assistant will also organize meetings, company initiatives and events and book travel. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee scheduling and calendar coordination for company executives.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including drafting correspondence and preparing communications on behalf of executives.
- Prepare, document, and distribute detailed summaries of meeting takeaways and action items.
- Coordinate and organize meetings to ensure efficient and effective collaboration.
- Arrange, coordinate, and manage comprehensive travel itineraries and bookings for executives.
- Stay up to date on industry news and share newsworthy articles with the executive team
- Support the planning and execution of company initiatives and events.

Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree – University of Missouri Business degree strongly preferred
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant, even if part-time
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Working knowledge of the digital industry through past coursework, internships, or job experience
