Catalyst Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a qualified Environmental Operations Manager to oversee environmental reporting, monitoring, hazardous waste management, and other related activities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in an appropriate science or engineering field and at least 2 years of post-university experience in environmental operations. They should be able to work on-site and manage technical programs, including water, waste, permits, and compliance reports.
The selected individual will work under the site EHS manager, overseeing contracts for waste disposal and storage, and managing sampling activities for water, waste, materials, and air emissions. They will also collaborate with corporate HSE, regulators, and site senior management on incidents, spills, and contingency planning.
Able to legally work in the U.S. without a visa or sponsorship now or in the future, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic operation environment.
