Location Preference : Bay Area, CA (PST Time Zone) Remote role
Overview : Sr Client Partner is a pivotal role focused on driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and maximizing sales opportunities. They are responsible for understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
We are targeting a true sales HUNTER , someone with a proven track record of securing new clients and becoming their trusted partner. The ideal candidate has successfully sold IT consulting engagements, technology projects, SOW work, and end-to-end solutions at the C-Suite / SVP level to Enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Identify and target new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead-generation efforts to expand the client base.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs. Provide personalized solutions and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, including account plans, to achieve and exceed sales targets. Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to adapt the sales approach.
- Consultative Selling : Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding client pain points, and proposing tailored solutions that align with their goals, demonstrating expertise in the product / service offerings.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiation : Conduct compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition and close deals. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
- Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems. Forecast accurately and provide regular updates on sales performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for client satisfaction and retention.
- Customer Satisfaction : Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, striving to exceed client expectations.
- Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments. Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and thought leadership to clients.
- Delivery Oversight : Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects, monitoring progress, quality, and adherence to agreed-upon timelines and expectations.
