We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our compliance efforts by reviewing supplier documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Reviewing supplier documentation in Trace Gains portal (Maintain Supplier Registers with document expiration dates and make sure that all supplier docs are up to date)
- Fulfill customer Requests for Documentation (emails / customer portals)
- E-filing records
- Maintain Controlled Documents - SOPS, SSOP's, Forms, etc - Create / Revise through Change Order Process
