Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certified SQF Practitioner with three to five (3-5) years' relevant food production experience.
- Knowledge of basic microbiology and quality assurance including HACCP, GMPs, SQF (Safe Quality Foods), USDA, and military audit requirements.
- An understanding of the SQF Edition 9 Code and the requirements to implement and maintain Food Safety and Quality plans under the scope of the certification is a requirement.
- Knowledge of environmental health and fundamentals of sanitation.
