Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Integration Lead to oversee the strategic planning and execution of IT systems integration across newly acquired assets and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in healthcare technology, EHR migrations, and executive-level collaboration to ensure seamless transitions aligned with clinical and operational priorities.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading IT integration strategy and execution for acquisitions and partnerships
• Collaborating with executive leadership, including the Chief Digital Information Officer, to ensure alignment with digital transformation goals
• Building strong relationships with local IT leaders to assess current-state environments and integration needs
• Acting as a key liaison across clinical, operational, and enterprise IT teams
• Serving as the primary contact for IT vendors throughout the integration lifecycle
• Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications
• Ensuring interoperability, data compliance, and regulatory adherence (e.g., HIPAA)
• Driving issue resolution and post-integration performance evaluations
• Staying current on industry trends and recommending innovative solutions
  
  

Required Experience/Skills

• 12 years in healthcare IT leadership with a strong focus on systems integration
• Proven experience in managing complex integrations related to hospital mergers or acquisitions
• Subject Matter Expertise in Meditech and Athena to Epic Big Bang migration projects
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership
• Deep understanding of healthcare IT infrastructure, data management, and regulatory compliance
• Strong project management and vendor management capabilities
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Information Systems)
• Familiarity with value-based care models and social determinants of health data systems
• Background working with integrated academic health systems
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred
