Key Responsibilities
Platform Support
- Manage GIS user accounts and platform access on ESRI ArcGIS.

Development & Documentation
- Build and maintain GIS applications using JavaScript API.
- Create system docs for team and user reference.
User Assistance
- Support end-users daily, troubleshooting deployment issues.
- Ensure security and access protocols are followed.
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6 years in technical GIS or related roles.
