Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This onsite role involves managing shipments, processing mail, and ensuring secure, efficient operations. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Mail Processing : Document, sort, pack, and ship customer packages following established processes and procedures.
• Rejection Management : Identify and document non-customer mail daily in accordance with company guidelines.
• Operational Monitoring : Track mail flow from remote locations to processing centers, investigating disruptions, opening cases, contacting vendors, and managing refunds / claims.
• Office Security : Ensure sensitive information remains secure and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals.
• Process Improvement : Support the development and implementation of processes and technologies to maximize efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.
