Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented BI Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role involves leveraging data analysis techniques to provide actionable insights, optimize business operations, and support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SQL, Databricks, and dashboard / report-building tools while effectively collaborating with stakeholders to understand and fulfill analytical requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform business analysis using statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business data to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop best practices and actionable insights to optimize current business operations.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and define analytical requirements.
- Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct data manipulation and validation using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Summarize KPI trends and provide regular insights into business performance.
- Support the implementation or enhancement of systems to capture and analyze business data.
- Generate ad hoc reports as needed to support strategic initiatives.
- Occasionally provide guidance to less experienced business data analysts.
