Training Project Coordinator

Hybrid in Plano TX (3-days on site per week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work flexible hours to support the development and delivery of workshops, which may exceed the typical workday
• Consistently exhibit a positive outlook and collaborate in a highly engaged fashion with other team members
• Confidently articulate the value of training and make training recommendations that solve specific business needs
• Partner with recruiters to create job req. for new hires and manage interview schedule with recruiters and leaders
• Coordinate training classes for new hires and upskilling by managing schedules, submitting roles/permission requests, and securing training location
• Maintain and manage the LMS, Docebo, ensuring accurate data and efficient training delivery
• Create and maintain reports on the outcomes of all training
• Present training KPIs and number of training modules developed on a regular cadence.
• Maintain focus to achieve results and meet deadlines for multiple deliverables
• Maintain regular and frequent communications with development stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of training
• Seek guidance for prioritization and review of deliverables

Required Skills:

• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal English skills
• Expert experience with current LMS technology, Docebo
• Proficient in current company technology (Docebo, Zoom, Slack, GSuite).
• Communicates clearly at multiple levels and with diverse audiences
• Exhibits organization skills and self-motivation
• Promote changes that support the business strategy
• Continuously demonstrates company culture and values
• Works well independently and in a team setting
• Proficient in computer skills, including GSuite
