What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Billing Clerk (Contract) position at Catastrophe Control Restoration Services, LLC?
This is a minimum 60 hours/wk office job located in the Punta Gorda, FL area. We are seeking hard-working individuals capable of showing up on-time and operating with a positive attitude. This position will be primarily responsible for document collection, and performing a field check for completeness and accuracy. The successful candidate will play a central role in organizing and scanning the operations team's paperwork. Morning duties consist of data entry and scheduling accross various client locations accross the southwest Florida coast. Our office supports construction activities related to the Hurricane Ian recovery efforts.
Required:
- Minimum 1 year working in an office environment
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work 8-10 hours per day consecutively until the project is complete (approximately 8 weeks at a minimum, further work available afterwards if desired).
Base starting pay $20 per hour. Overtime of 1.5x base hourly compensation for any time over 40 hours worked in a week. We are looking for someone to start work as early as tomorrow morning! We provide a 3 day paid training.
