Two Kings Casino is searching for an energetic, attentive Beverage Server to join our team at. As a Beverage Server, you will help create a great guest experience by providing excellent service and care in every interaction. You should be a skilled multitasker with a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Greets guests with a smile on gaming floor and beverage outlets in a friendly courteous and timely manner.
• Provide complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy.
• Communicates drink specials, answers questions about available beverages and receive and understand beverage orders; relay drink orders to guest and bartender to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Carry and balance full tray of beverages.
• Enters orders into point-of-sale system so that Bartenders can prepare orders.
• Picks up drinks orders when ready and delivers orders to guests.
• Circulate throughout assigned workstation on continues basis, greeting guest with a smile in a friendly manner while taking beverage orders and delivering beverages.
• Observes and follows-up with guests to respond if they require additional service.
• Prepares charges for orders, accept payment for order and delivers check to guests.
• Accepts and processes payment or directs customer to cashier.
• Maintain an accurate bank at all times.
• Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Additional Duties/Job Dimensions
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Employees who violate Company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Qualifications
• Preferred six (6) months of related experience
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Basic math skills with the ability to accurately total guest checks and count change
• Must obtain their Serv-Safe food handler and alcohol certificate prior to starting at the casino.
• Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws
• Dram Shop Act - Prohibiting the sale/service of alcohol to intoxicated guests • Must adhere to all Catawba Gaming Commission regulations and guidelines.
• Must adheres to performance standards, company policies and procedures, as they relate to the department.
• Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Qualification Requirements
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• High School Diploma six (6) months experience in a similar position preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. Strong interactive skills and the ability to work independently required.

• Must be ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Alcohol Certification prior to starting position.
