POSITION : FINANCE - COUNT ROOM TEAM SUPERVISOR
Pay: $21.50 per hour FLSA Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Description
Two Kings Casino is searching for a Count Team Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will lead the Count
teams in their efforts to accurately and efficiently perform cash drops and counts from machines throughout the
location while following state and federal laws and company procedures.
Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and coach drop and count team members in drop and count areas.
Train, coach, and enforce compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
Assist in the development of new training programs.
Implement training programs for new employees or issued policies and procedures as they relate to drop and
count team members.
Responsible for database and spreadsheet preparation and maintenance.
Ensure all cash boxes are retrieved and replaced.
Ensure all cash boxes are securely transported to the soft count room.
Collect machine audit reports.
Account for, reconcile, and remit monies brought in through soft count activities.
Completion of daily paperwork preparation and remittance.
Assist in research and resolution of complex or unusual transactions as they relate to soft count.
Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Banking and/or gaming experience preferred. Supervisory
experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions,
and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Basic computer skills.
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers,
clients, customers, and the general public.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Ability to push, with assistance, cages containing cash boxes that may weigh up to 600 pounds.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
