Job Description
POSITION : FINANCE - COUNT ROOM TEAM MEMBER
Pay: $15.00 - $21.50 per hour FLSA Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Description
Two Kings Casino is hiring Count Room Team Members to join our team. As a Count Room Team Member, you
will count and sort previous days’ soft money and gaming chips accurately and in a timely manner while following
all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure that cash boxes are removed from carts, scanned, and put through the MPS system.
• Ensure that all monies are verified, proofed, strapped and bricked with the required information on the straps.
• Ensure all logs and forms are completed daily.
• Transport money carts to needed storage areas.
• Report any poker box or table box problems to Lead Count.
• Perform as a team member and assist fellow employees to ensure a smooth operation.
• Follow all company, departmental, and state policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.
• Greet guests appropriately, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Ability to handle large amounts of money responsibly.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the proper state gaming commission license is required.
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction.
• Interacting positively through relationships with guests, fellow associates and members of the management
team displaying genuine concern and mutual respect for people’s needs.
• Must be a team player and ability to collaborate with others.
• Must adhere to all Catawba Gaming Commission regulations and guidelines.
• Must adheres to performance standards, company policies and procedures, as they relate to the department.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to casino chips and paper bills.
• Exposure to secondhand smoke.
• Exposure to high volume noise.
