POSITION: PLAYERS SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
PAY RANGE: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour FLSA Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt
Description
Two Kings Casino is searching for a Player Club Representative to join our team. In this role you will assist customers in all
Player Rewards Program transactions in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
• Provides information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program members.
• Updates and enters member information into the database.
• Assists Player Rewards Manager and Supervisor with the execution of games, contests, drawings, and promotional giveaways.
• Maintains strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and records.
• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult and sometimes
emotionally charged situations to maintain the customer’s goodwill.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• One to three months related experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database and POS system preferred.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
• Must be able to work extended hours during special events
• Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
Physical Requirements
• Standing for extended periods of time.
• Lift minimum 25 pounds.
• Occasional bending and stooping.
• Exposure to high volume noise.
