POSITION: Shuttle Driver
PAY RANGE: $15.01 – $19.50 Grade NE5 FLSA Status: Part-Time Non-Exempt
Job Summary: As a shuttle driver, you will be an integral part in safely transporting our team members from the casino to our offsite parking area and back. Under director supervision of the Shift Manager or Shift supervisor, responsible for driving team members and patrons around the local community and casino property.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Schedules arrivals and departures according to time and route schedule.
• Returns calls for group schedules, arranges for arrival and departures.
• Provides courteous guest service and deals effectively with guest problems/complaints.
• Conducts daily safety vehicle inspections and reports any unsafe findings to the manager.
• Protects all vehicle safety equipment and provides an environment of cleanliness.
• Prepares and maintains shuttle logs and maintains records.
• Ensures shuttle is maintained to reflect a clean, professional appearance to all shuttle riders.
• Contributes to team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
• Greet team members with a smile and professionalism.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient shuttle service from our team member’s vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of team members.
• Familiar with conducting traffic control and parking measures.
• Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications / Experience
• High school diploma or GED plus one (1) year shuttle driver experience,
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be insurable (for driving).).
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license.
Physical Requirements
• While performing the duties of this job, the team member regularly is required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member occasionally is required to sit; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
