Description
The College and Career Readiness (CCR) Recruitment and Retention Specialist will assist the management of department files, reports, records and other data related to CCR program courses, students, faculty and staff. This may include assisting students and staff with information, data entry, course set-up, faculty contracts, and any other LEIS data deemed necessary.
Examples of Duties
- Assist with
- CCR records and reporting processes
- Orientation and registration
- entering CCR student registrations
- checking student sign-in sheets and attendance rosters
- filing of information pertinent to classes and checking for accuracy
- Work closely with the Director of CCR, LEIS Specialist in the management, and CCR Coordinators, documenting and reporting processes.
- Provide customer service to students, members of the community, both inside and outside of the college, by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information.
- Other duties as assigned by CCR Director/Department Head
Qualifications
- Associate degree or transferrable work experience
