- Program Development: Collaborate with teachers and administrators to design and implement programs that meet the unique needs of each child.
- Case Management: Work closely with parents and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address the specific needs of each child.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and administrators to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the special education process.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in early childhood special education or a related field.
- Education: Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education or a related field.
