The dishwasher is essential for the proper functioning of our kitchen. The associate is responsible for keeping clean all work areas, kitchen equipment, and ensures that dishes and utensils meet the sanitary standards of our kitchen.

- Pre-scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and put it in sinks.
- Wash and disinfect all pots, pans and trays by hand in a 3-component sink system.
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized.
- Completes all assigned preparation work.
- Meets food handling requirements and food safety compliance
- Wash tables, walls, refrigeration equipment, kitchen equipment and floors of the work
- Clean trash cans and trash receptacles.
- Other tasks may be assigned by the supervisor.

- Assists in preparing meals when there is little work
