Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Back of House Staff to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing excellent food service to our guests. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and rotating stock as needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed during busy periods or special events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
