No problem! All instructors complete a training program that gives the ability to make young swimmers safer and confident in the water.

Requirements:
- Clean Background
- CPR, AED, First-Aid Certification (not required to apply, but will have to obtain during initial training).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week

Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- After school

- Available work hours/shifts: {Monday 4:00pm - 7:30pm, Tuesday 4:00pm - 7:30pm, Wednesday 4:00pm - 7:30pm, Thursday 4:00pm - 7:30pm, Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm, Sunday 8:30am - 12:30pm} ---- New Employees are required to consistently work at least two of these shifts per week. Do you have any personal or professional conflicts that would interfere with that?
- Are you currently a student or in the past year, do you have at least 3-6 months of employment history with a single employer? If not, please explain your previous employment situations.
- All new employees start off with around 8-15 hours per week for the first 1-3 months while they are learning how to teach the different levels. -- Is this an ok initial amount or are you needing more than 15 hours per week to start?
- We utilize a set weekly schedule which is great because employees will always know exactly when they work. Also, having a consistent teacher each week greatly benefits our students and the learning process. Therefore, if you agree to work a shift, you need to be able to attend it each week on a regular basis. -- Are you able to manage that along with your other commitments? (Please keep in mind, this does not apply for planned time off and vacations.)
- All new employees go through First-Aid, CPR, and AED training. --Are you willing to obtain these certifications if you receive a job offer?
