Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and fun individual to join our team as a swim instructor. The ideal candidate will have a background working with children or in a child centered environment and will bring a fun and bright personality and attitude to the pool!
Responsibilities
- Instruct swim lessons to individuals or small groups of all ages and skill levels
- Follow lesson plans and provide positive and encouraging feedback to students
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during lessons
- Motivate and inspire students to improve their swimming techniques
- Maintain a fun and inviting experience for all students
Experience
- experience working with children is a plus
- Experience working with students of varying ages and abilities is beneficial
Days/Hours
- Availability must include Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-8pm
- Opportunities for additional hours and days are available as a lifeguard.
- Attendance bonus each month for no missed days. Base pay is $15/hr with a $10/hr attendance bonus paid each month for no missed classes, for a total of $25/hr.
