Catelli Family of Foods veal and lamb processing facility located 50 Ferry Avenue Collingswood, NJ is seeking a responsible, professional Security Guard to undertake the surveillance of our employee parking lot. You will be acting as a first level response to any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will have a background in security and a desire to help others. The goal is to help the company maintain a safe environment, problem-free and protect our employee's property.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol the grounds to prevent theft and vandalism
- Guard against potential hazards
- Report any incidents to the appropriate parties
- Be in good physical shape
- Inspire respect and authority
- Protection of our property and employee property
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
- Familiarity with completion of reports
- Ensure parking lot is utilize for parking only (no other activities)
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Be at least 18 years old
- 3 yrs in a security role
- must have a vehicle
- must provide proof of vehicle insurance
- required to pass a drug screen and background check
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical requirements:
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
