About the Role :
Seeking a Senior Director, Direct Mail Marketing to lead D2C marketing strategy. Responsible for expanding direct mail strategy under new branding while managing a team. Exciting chance to serve as a leader while growing a successful DM program!
Responsibilities :
- Lead D2C Direct Mail strategy, including testing, operations, cost management, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
- Co-own D2C direct mail campaign execution, optimizing end-to-end campaign operations
- Oversee reporting and analytics while serving as point of contact for executive reports and owning action plans to adjust strategy based on performance
- Develop annual budget to keep an ongoing accurate view of KPIs
- Brainstorm with marketing team to continuously improve direct mail value chain
- Help develop multi-channel efforts and optimizations
- Oversee and mentor a team of marketers, guiding them to execute on direct mail strategy

Pay range and compensation package :
200,000-$220,000 bonus potential
