Our Client: A home solutions company is seeking a senior leader to oversee business strategy and partner engagement alongside cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand customer base and revenue.
- Build and manage relationships with business partners.
- Identify new opportunities for growth through marketing, technology, and operations.
- Oversee product launches, technical integrations, and partner communications.
- Analyze data to optimize partnership performance and customer experience.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with partner agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years in account management, strategy, or business development.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Experience in consulting or startups is a plus.
- This role requires approximately 25% travel, with flexibility for hybrid work.
