What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Assistant Manager position at Catholic Cemeteries of the Archdiocese of Miami?
About the Position:
This is a non-exempt position that requires working hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week. Saturdays are mandatory workdays. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the sales department to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will also need to maintain your required license, certifications, and mandatory skill updates, and comply with all policies, local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
