We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team! The Family Shelter provides temporary emergency shelter when circumstances resulting in homelessness cannot be avoided. We support families with a combination of case management and direct service, provided in an environment that affirms the dignity of the individuals being served.
This position will include responsibilities of providing intake, case management, developing needs assessments, developing and implementing service plans for families and individuals who are at risk for hunger and homelessness.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in social services, high school diploma or educational equivalent with 3 years of experience in the field. A knowledge of the immigration process is preferred, with a strong knowledge / experience with homelessness cases and housing search. Spanish, Portuguese and / or Haitian / Creole language skills are preferred.
