$18.57 per hour

Responsibilities

• The job includes developing menus that meet the nutritional and developmental needs of young children in accordance with the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), ordering all food and janitorial supplies needed in addition to maintaining contracts with food vendors.
• Cook is responsible for determining families’ eligibility for USDA Program participation, submitting monthly food service attendance counts and quarterly monitoring of all programs to ensure USDA preparation and distribution guidelines and agency procedures are followed.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma, experience working in a child care center preferred.
• Monday to Friday part time 10 MONTH school year position.
• Bilingual required.
