- Focus on Housing Relations that include rapport and good communication with our landlords
- Responsible for inspecting units before occupancy and as needed while tenants are staying within the unit
- Provide good tenancy education and coach tenants in the importance of maintaining cleanliness for the safety of themselves and their children
- Responsible for checking if tenants are meeting rental and utilities obligations
- BA/BS required
- This job requires flexibility, a professional demeanor and teamwork, a tenacious and outgoing personality, good judgment and the ability to work with individuals or families regardless of their socio-economic status
