Salary $42,000 with Sign on Bonus $2,500
Description
- Provides intensive in-home counseling to CP&P referred families in Warren County with 24/7 coverage required
- Case management and case documentation
- Case conference with CP&P and other providers
- Requires a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with 1 ½ years’ experience with families (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history.
