Counselor 121 - Edison, New Jersey

Annual Salary = $45,000

Catholic Charities Youth Partial Care is seeking Counselors in an intensive outpatient program for 9-17 year olds.

Responsibilities

• Group activity planning, co-facilitating therapy and skills building groups, meeting with youth in individual, group, and family settings, and transporting youth to and from program in an Agency vehicle.
• The Youth Partial Care program has a proven track record of facilitating youth clinical progress through both evidence based therapeutic interventions and fun and creative activities.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and experience working with children is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
• Counselors work a compressed work week of schedule of 10AM-8PM Monday through Thursday during the school year and 9AM-7PM during the summer, with Fridays always off.
  
  

Clinical Supervision for clinical licensure is available for Masters-level candidates. Internship supervision is available for work-study MSW and counseling students.
