We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential / Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.

Residential Clinical Supervisor (Men's Residential)

Schedule per week : Full Time (Monday-Friday with two evening shifts 10 : 00am-6 : 00pm or 11 : 00am-7 : 00pm and rotating weekends)

Location : Passaic and Paterson, NJ

Sign on bonus of $5000 (Full Time Only) (New Employees Only)

Job Summary :

A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him / her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees' caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisee's meet all of Straight & Narrow's personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.

Qualifications :

Master's degree in social work, Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and minimum of two years' experience in the field of addictions treatment are required. CCS preferred but not required.
