What You'll Do:
- Provide individual and group counseling to a select caseload of students.
- Support families by facilitating parent support groups and family therapy.
- Assess and evaluate students' mental health needs to tailor interventions.
- Submit clinical documentation using our electronic health record.
- Supervise and manage other clinicians on your team.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a holistic support system.
- Contribute to school-wide mental health initiatives and foster a culture of well-being.
- Be a pivotal part of a team that prioritizes the mental health of every student.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Social Work.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Clinical license in NJ - LCSW or LSW (associate license must be backed with experience)
- Experience supervising staff in a clinical setting.
- Experience working in an educational setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting students.
