- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing and toileting
- Participate in cleaning, cooking, and life skills activities
- Administer medication and assist with medical needs
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, and residents
- Transport residents to day programs and community activities
- Document services provided daily
