What will you be doing in your role?
- Drive client success by working with case management teams to better identify opportunities for client growth and barriers to success through supervision, staffing’s, and solutions based on sound problem solving skills and a deep working knowledge of clients’ cases.
- Explore intervention effectiveness through exploration of data to better identify trends indicating what is working as well as opportunities for removing barriers to success.
- Support Padua team partnerships to ensure that teams can work together effectively toward long-term client engagement and success.
- Have absolute clarity of the case management model.
- Maintain current knowledge of trends and issues regarding social work theory and best practices.
- Meet often& consistently with your team as individuals to ensure that they understand the value of their role and the expectations for their role as well as how their performance is measuring against those expectations.
- Set goals with staff to integrate areas for growth observed in sessions into work with clients to ensure teams are working proactively with clients and correctly employing the techniques and interventions of the Padua Pilot.
- Support case management teams’ inclusion of available resources, drawing on Padua internal and external partnerships, in development of a holistic service plan.
- Regularly review Padua data, documentation, service agreements, assessments, and metrics to find trends, gaps or other indicators that might point to parts of the intervention and services that are creating success as well as opportunities for eliminating barriers to success.
- Share data findings with Padua Manager to explore opportunities for program/service improvements.
- Meet with case management teams regularly to assess and support partnership health
- Lead team members in the application of a problem-solving framework that promotes steady client progress.
Are you the next Padua Supervisor?
- Master’s Degree and LMSW/LPC Associate, LCSW/LPC preferred.
- 3 years’ experience in social services.
- Prior experience supervising others preferred
- Must have reliable transportation, a current Texas driver’s license and be willing to transport clients in your car.
