• Cash Assistance Requests
• Cash Assistance Compliance
• Resource Identification and Referral
• Client Documentation and Record Maintenance

What will you be doing in your role?

• You will provide temporary financial assistance to ORR-eligible individuals and empower clients toward economic self-sufficiency.
• You will screen clients for eligibility and enroll clients in the RCA Program.
• You will monitor compliance and issue payments for monthly allowances.
• You screen clients for eligibility into the RCA Program and provide application assistance.
• You lead the client relationship.
• You issue monthly cash assistance payments and document all transactions.
• You complete referrals to employment providers for RCA recipients and monitor participation with employment providers.
• You monitor and evaluate client progress and program compliance.
• You complete all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funding requirements and agency quality assurance standards. 
• You prepare and maintain detailed case files, required forms, and reports.
• You enter all required information into the TXOR database in a timely manner.
• You advocate for clients with service providers or agencies and in the community.

Are you the next RCA Case Manager?

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR a combination of education and experience.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of computers, including Excel, Word, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with refugee populations and their needs.
• Must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license, and evidence of auto liability insurance.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish Required.

• Full-Time position with a hourly rate of $20-$23, based on skills and experience.
