Students receive social services and legal referral information about U.S. citizenship and other immigration services. Trainings such as OSHA and First Aid help individuals in creating resumes and cover letters. At times, Mock Job Interviews are provided to individuals allowing them to develop interview strategies as well as enhance communication skills.STATEMENT OF THE JOBUnder the direction of the Program Manager, the Case Manager I renders assistance to ESOL students as an FDC Coach through comprehensive case management services and education / career counseling.
