Bilingual Telephonic Case Manager - Workers Compensation

This is a full-time remote role for a Bilingual Telephonic Case Manager at PriMedical, Inc. - Nationwide Case Management. The Case Manager will be responsible for telephonic case management activities, medical record reviews, and maintaining constant communication with all parties involved in the case.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in workers' compensation case management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and legal processes in workers' compensation
  • Experience with medical cost projections and legal nurse reviews
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field
