Position Summary :
Manage the day to day housekeeping of the Agency's facilities and buildings to ensure optimal appearance and function of the Agencies properties.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Oversee cleaning needs of the Agency's properties.
- Order and maintain supplies, merchandise and materials for housekeeping purposes. Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Interview, hire, train, schedule, counsel, discipline and evaluate staff.
- Ensure staff levels are appropriate for days and hours of operation.
- Complete all related paperwork and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Payroll preparation and editing for accuracy and wage and hour compliance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings.
- Other related duties as directed and deemed appropriate to position.
- Protect all confidential information, company property and electronic data. Comply with safety rules.
