The HR Director is responsible for overall management of the Human Resources Department, which includes supervision of the HR Generalist and Recruiter.
1. Manage the employment function, including planning and development of recruiting sources, review of candidates, interviewing and selection, testing, preparing job offers, and manage the new hire orientation program.
2. Helps supervisors ensure that corrective counseling and disciplinary procedures are followed as needed. Advises management in these areas and participates in employee coaching and counseling sessions. Participates in employee terminations as needed and ensures all appropriate documentation is prepared.
3. Collaborates with Central Ministry Office to develop and administer personnel policies and procedures and ensures that information is current information. Explains and enforces policies to coworkers.
4. Attends coworker, committee and Board meetings as required.
5. Acts as liaison for union activities.
Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years related. Experience with unions helpful.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
