Shelter Program Manager

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are currently seeking aFull Time Program Managerfor ourNewark Temporary Housing/Hotel RivieraProgram, located inNewark, NJ.

Job Duties:

• The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, as well as ensures the coordination and integration of the services among various other programs of Catholic Charities and collaborating agencies
• Manage delivery and coordination of human services to special needs populations, including case management experience serving the homeless
• Responsible for planning, directing, and implementing program services, as well as supervising all if the programs staff
• Responsible for the collection of program-related data and assisting in the evaluation of program services and outcomes

Job Requirements:

• This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years of experience with the delivery and coordination of human services to special needs population, including case management experience serving the homeless
