We are currently seeking aFull Time Program Managerfor ourNewark Temporary Housing/Hotel RivieraProgram, located inNewark, NJ.
Job Duties:
- The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, as well as ensures the coordination and integration of the services among various other programs of Catholic Charities and collaborating agencies
- Manage delivery and coordination of human services to special needs populations, including case management experience serving the homeless
- Responsible for planning, directing, and implementing program services, as well as supervising all if the programs staff
- Responsible for the collection of program-related data and assisting in the evaluation of program services and outcomes
Job Requirements:
- This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 years of experience with the delivery and coordination of human services to special needs population, including case management experience serving the homeless
