Shelter Manager -- Full Time w/Benefits -- $74,880/year
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and implement organizational policies and supervision that increases and maximizes the Front Line Staff’s Performance and make day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Supervise 16 Staff Members (currently 1 Clinical Case Coordinator, 7 Case Managers, 4 Overnight Staff, and 4 Kitchen Staff) and Case Management Interns (currently 1). Manage Employee Schedules daily, run Staff Meetings monthly, develop/train Staff, approve Staff Timesheets, and cover shifts for Employees’ Absences.
- Be responsible for inspections and records for local, state, and federal agencies as well as HUD.
- Manage, monitor, and enhance existing Services and Protocols for Shelter Guests.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to the Executive Director and updates to the Board as needed.
