As the Housing Case Manager - SOAR (Housing stabilization services, SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery), you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Manage a caseload of up to 20 SOAR clients, assisting with applications for SSI/SSDI benefits.
- Complete intakes, assessments, and service plans for individuals and families referred for housing assistance.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and landlords to promote communication and resolve housing issues.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with agency policies and standards.
Housing Case Manager - SOAR Minimum Salary: $20.88 per Hour
Housing Case Manager - SOAR Maximum Salary: $20.88 per Hour
Housing Case Manager - SOAR Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:30AM to 4:30PM; Thursday 8:30AM to 6:30PM
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Human Services or related field.
- Must obtain SOAR certification once hired - agency will pay for certification.
- 1 to 3 years working in a Human Service industry.
