Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center

As the Program Coordinator - Dispute Resolution Center, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:  

• Respond to inquiries concerning Dispute Resolution Services.  Provide referrals to other services when appropriate. 
• Maintain contact with referral sources to assess on-going needs, ensure satisfaction with services and inform of other services available. 
• Keep Program Director apprised of challenges and opportunities with all referral sources and any other issues that need to be addressed. 
• As needed, assist with the annual observation of all certified mediators and to move mediator candidates through the observation and apprenticeship process, including conducting necessary observations. 
• Model appropriate alternative dispute resolution strategies, tools and effective communication skills while working with clients, volunteers, co-workers, supervisors, Court personnel and the public. 

Qualifications:  

• Associate's Degree in Human Services or a related field
• Experience working with a diverse population
• Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
