As the Residential Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- The overall day-to-day operations of the Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA)
- Working in tandem with an individual’s support team; including family, CCDS Nursing, administration, and clinical staff to provide well rounded, person-centered supports
Residential Program Manager Minimum Salary: $24.00/hour
Residential Program Manager Maximum Salary:$24.00/hour
Residential Program Manager Schedule: Full-time
Weekend and on-call availability needed*
**We offer a shift differential for any hours worked between 3pm Friday and 7am Monday**
Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
- Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience working as a Direct Support Professional in a residential home with individuals that have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Ability to generate electronic reports and documents
