As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Â
- Maintains rotating 24-hour on-call availability as needed at site for emergency needs including, but not limited to lockouts and responding to alarms; Assess the situation and implement appropriate response to identified emergency/needÂ
- Maintains building security and all aspects of health and safety at site
- Conducts quarterly fire drills as required and maintains fire drill log sheet
- Adequately maintains lock and security systems; immediately reports repair needs via work order system and/or contact with vendors
- Execution and enforcement of leases per fair housing regulations and CCHO policy
- Prepares and completes income and other certification and re-certification documentation required for admission per regulatory and funding requirements applicable to the program
- Promptly communicates with tenant regarding changes in income and conducts interim certifications for rent amendments

Site Manager Minimum Salary: $Â 22.00 per hour
Â
Site Manager Maximum Salary: $Â 25.00 per hour
Â
Site Manager Schedule: 8:30-5 Monday- Friday (40 hours/week)
- On-call shifts are required

Qualifications: Â
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience with staff supervision/site management
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- LIHTC Certification
