As the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Corresponds and prepares required documentation to ensure coordination of intake/rent determination with public housing authority, county department of social services and CCHO fiscal office
Maintains tenant files including applications, income verification forms, leases, notices to tenants, and other pertinent documentation.
Promptly communicates with tenant regarding changes in income and conducts interim certifications for rent amendments
Collects rents and other fees, writes receipts, and make entries on tenant ledger cards and cash receipts journals. Makes deposits and transmits records to Fiscal Office
Execution and enforcement of leases per fair housing regulations and CCHO policy
Supervises staff at site
- Maintains rotating 24-hour on-call availability as needed at site for emergency needs including, but not limited to lockouts and responding to alarms; Assess the situation and implement appropriate response to identified emergency/need
Site Manager Minimum Salary: $22.00
Site Manager Maximum Salary: $25.00
Site Manager Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:00pm (40 Hours)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Field
- 3-5 years’ Staff Supervision/Site Management experience
- Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
