Queen of the Miraculous Medal Parish in Jackson is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This is a full-time position with benefits.
General Summary
- Providing essential support to Pastor and Parish Staff
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Answering phones
- Responding to emails and correspondence
- Maintaining church census program and Sacramental records.
- Creating documentation for Liturgies
- Responsible for ordering goods and services for Parish office
Experience/Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software. (Excel, Word, Google Docs, etc)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Customer service skills
- Prior office experience is helpful
